glad that i can steal a moment to do something other than taking care of baby and sleep...so i want to offer a few of my own words about the birth and arrival of baby josette...

since most people are reading jerry's xanga (scaryhairyjerry) already, i won't repeat all the interesting stories he has already told...this entry is just my own thoughts

i am really thankful for all the prayers from everyone, i really felt the answer to those prayers thru the drug-free delivery and recovery process...i feel that God's grace is covering everything...

jerry is the most amazing husband for coaching me thru the labor and birth, as well as relieving me from baby when i think i can't take the sleeplessness anymore...

miss y'all and hope to see ppl soon...=D

ssshhhh....let me tell you a little secret about jerry 

...every night before going to bed, he pushes the baby stroller around the house and checks in on the baby room to make sure everything is in order...

...a month ago, he would beg me to play foosball w/ him before going to bed.  now the nightly game of foosball has been replaced with the nightly walk with the baby stroller and visit to the baby room...

...i think my hubby is ready to be a daddy...

wow...i am overwhelmed by all the love and fun from the baby showers...3 baby showers in 1 week is unheard of (at least, i never heard of it...=D).

thanks to everyone who planned and organized the different showers (kau mama, sally, christi, andrea, bonnie) and thanks to all who poured out your love by coming and bringing loads of cute baby stuff.  the baby room is filled with toys, clothes, practical items, and balloons!!! 

this is gonna be a spoiled baby...but here is one rule...NO CANDIES!!! =D

this morning i saw two beautiful hawks soaring just outside of my window...it was mesmerizing to watch them gracefully and effortlessly soar in the sky.  i was reminded of the verse isaiah 40:31

"but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.

they will soar on wings like eagles;

they will run and not grow weary,

they will walk and not be faint."

may the LORD be my strength in all things, so i may soar as the eagles.

35 more day until the due day...  then again, the baby can come anywhere from 3/23 to 4/20...  want to guess what baby's birthday is going to be???

i have taken up walking everyday now, rain or shine, mostly due to fear of a long labor...  it's interesting to walk around and people watch at the same time...  places that i have walked at: puente hills mall, brea mall, snow creek park, montebello town center...and next monday, old town pasadena.
